Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an off-site follow-up survey conducted on 1/31/12, Care for People had corrected the deficiencies cited under the requirements of Title 28, Pa. Health and Safety Code, Part IV, Subpart H, Chapter 611, Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries and Subpart A, Chapter 51. These deficiencies were cited as a result of the relicensure survey completed on 11/4/11.
